Here we have BTPA CA-0678 cable with the all new G&H "stubby" and the Switchcraft 228 pancake. The G&H "stubby" is a massive improvement over the standard Switchcraft 280 straight plugs due to a cable clamp to provide significant strain relief that the 280 did not have. These are perfect for true bypass loopers and close proximity connectors on pedals (think Strymon or any other stereo pedal).

Introducing the BTPA CA-0678 ultra low capacitance patch cable:
WHAT IS CAPACITANCE?
Capacitance is measured in instrument cables as picoFarads (pF) per foot and the longer the cable is, the greater the total capacitance is as well. Capacitance is one of the biggest reasons that different cables can sound noticeably different to us tonally. Simply, the higher the capacitance of the cable, more of the high frequencies are rolled off as the signal passes through. This does not mean a worse cable however, as it is completely up to a guitarist's tone preference as many have used higher capacitance cables as a natural high cut of sorts to tame their guitar signal.
